Identifying Features:

  • Rand - R cube bead

  • Chapel - white bead

  • Laren - red bead

  • K'ehleyr - yellow bead


*At their annual exam, each monkey gets a necklace with a colored bead. Over time they tend to pull off the beads.

History:

  • T'pau, Rand, Miri, and Chapel were born in the wild.

  • The others were born at the Phx Zoo, fathered by Kirk (deceased).

  • Troi (F) 8/20/2006 - born at Phx Zoo, passed away 4/11/2024

  • Piper (F) 11/14/2005- passed awau 8/11/25

More Information:

  • All are named after Star Trek characters

  • Picard has no sideburns, pink around eyes, small scar under right eye

  • T'pau is mother to Laren

  • Rand has an asymmetrical muzzle. She is mother to Piper

  • Miri has a 'tatoo' in corner of left eye

  • Chapel has very dark sideburns. She is mother to Picard & K'ehleyr

  • Piper has "mohawk" hair. She is missing her right thumb

  • Laren has a round head
